I successfully completed a new install of v1.6 on my site hosted by GoDaddy. I checked the SQL database and it appears as if the program is writing the necessary files to the database. I checked the user file and found that the admin name is listed plus the encrypted password. When I attempt to login the screen simply cycles back to the login page.

I deleted the setup file, changed permission settings, and added the required tag = on in the php.ini file.

When I checked the database the online value is set to "0". Changing it to "1" made no difference.

Any suggestions?
