Problem with greek

Hi!

I have a problem with the greek language. Instead of greek I see ?????. I think that the problem is that the data are not inserted in the right way in the database. But why is this happening? The collation of the database is utf8-general-ci.

I have the same problem. When the message is in Greek Language i get ???? Symbols for subject and in the message. Any help ?

is the encoding of the subject and body correct?

Please post the header line of the subject (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mail_headers(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mail_headers)).

The problem is somewhere on the script. Something more i have to change but i don't know what. When the email come to me i see Greek Letters, but when i visit my OSticket admin panel to see this message i get ???? For subject and message. :(

my osticket has no problems with greek/russian letters. If the subject is encoded incorrectly osticket has no chance to transform it correctly into utf-8.

I've got the same problem. It has nothing to do with the databases because I've set up others in the past and I've never had the same problem. It's probably has to do with how data is sent. I still haven't found a solution. If anybody has please reply!!!

It's probably a charset matter. I've looked all the files but I don't know where the charset has to be changed.
