We've been running osTicket for 6-7 months without a hitch. We ahd all the email alerts to the ticket creator and admin staff set using the built-in PHP sendmail, with no issues. Our mail was hosted by MS BPOS. This past weekend, we were forced to perform a transition to MS Office 365 hosted Exchange.
Towards the end of the transition, the email functionality suddenly stopped. No emails on creating tickets and none sent to admin staff. Has anyone else gone through his transition and come out the other side? or does anyone have any ideas as to what may need to be changed or checked?
