Wrong create & last edit time

the problem is, if i create a new ticket with the due date (11) and the time now is 10, the ticket has the (in the ticket view) "Create time" 11 the "last edit" and "last message" too. the due date time is still right (11).

the data in the database are:

duedate: 10 - wrong

lastmessage: 10 - right

created: 10 - right

time is gmt+1 no daylightsaving

what can i do?

I have just opened several tickets to try to test this and am unable to replicate what you are reporting.

This is what I see:

Create Date: 03/15/2012 1 pm

Last Response: 03/15/2012 1 pm

Due Date: 03/23/2012 2 pm

Have you modified your installation from stock at all?

Are you setting your timezone in your php.ini?

yes i modified a few things, but the problem was before this modifications.

timezone is europe/paris

i think the problem is xampp 1.7.3.

the problem is xampp under a windows os. i have no idea how to fix it.

in the osticket admin settings are all times correct.
