User Ticket / update Details / false Time and Date

I have a Problem when user checks your ticket i found a issue at the update details.

It shows me 01/01/1970 01 ???

The other times and dates at Client and Staff panel works very well.

Can anyone help me ??

Under Admin panel -> Settings

What do you have "Default Timezone:" set to? (ie is it right?)

Is the time/date on the server correct?

thx 4 the answer.

I checked the Server Time and it works correct.

All Time settings are correct but when i gernerate a new Ticket and logged in as user with E-mail and ID i see created on the really date and the update Details from 01/01/1970 01 .

And this is not ok.

I've never seen this behavior over multiple installations and OSes.

Have you altered /include/client/tickets.inc.php in anyway?

Do you have the proper date.timezone set in your php.ini?

i add 2 new fields location and Street.

I modified Files for this Example:

MySQL Database: manually add a field to ost_Ticket

support/include/class.ticket.php

support/include/client/open.inc.php

support/include/client/viewticket.inc.php

include/staff/viewticket.inc.php

include/staff/newticket.inc.php

but no other one.

Where is the php.ini ???

Please back up your copy of the file. Then Please copy the original file from the distribution into the file and make sure that it wasn't something you changed. If the distribution file works, then we know its a change you made.

The location of your php.ini depends on what OS your running. On Windows its generally in your /PHP folder. On Linux its generally in /etc or /etc/php5.

i copy the original files back. The issue is the same.

when i connect to my ftp from my provider i found no php.ini file. My root directory is the install Folder and i can´t go back to the other Folders at the next level.

The other time settings in OSticket works correctly.

I've got the exact same issue here. Did you get this resolved in any way? I sure hope so because this is driving me crazy.
