Very serious situation, osticket generate links to user when registered but the link point to support.grandages...
Link generated:- https://support.monspacea.asia/pwreset.php?token=GQrhqICHSDLkX0EspNJ32l9H0Uv8pZS0fh1PbEUy4QIHwo7N

then after press the link point to:- https://support.grandages.org.my/scp/https://support.monspacea.asia/pwreset.php?token=GQrhqICHSDLkX0EspNJ32l9H0Uv8pZS0fh1PbEUy4QIHwo7N

Our company got 2 different osticket used on 2 different domain,
Firstly i can show you that both domains resolving to different VPS.

https://support.grandages.org.my - 110.4.47.219
*There is one more issue that i want to highlight is why the link generated cannot be used in google chrome but works fine in microsoft edge explorer?
this error showed up using the link (https://support.monspacea.asia/pwreset.php?token=GQrhqICHSDLkX0EspNJ32l9H0Uv8pZS0fh1PbEUy4QIHwo7N)
in google chrome:- Not Found
The requested URL was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Please help me because many of my user stuck in the registration part now. Currently there are more than 500 user and raising. I hope your side can assist me as soon as possible.
