I'm useing filters to assign tickets to specific departments and teams.
Yet I'm seeing strange entries like " has been created by XYZ" while the original sender has been a completely different user. How do I figure out, why this is happening, is there some way to trace the mail/ticketflow?

Do both users have the same email address?
