Hi ,Could someone help me to find the source file for ticket activity graph at Dashboard screen.i would like to change the graph to display organization as part of the graph.thanks.

    ntozier I am using using osTicket (v1.14.1). I changed /staff/dashboard.inc.php to remove deleted message status. But it only removed the deleted the delete column from the statistics. Any idea.

      Is there a way to force the graphic to show only the department that the user belogs? actually it show graph from all the system

      This is open source you can alter the code to suit your needs however you like.

          I'm not aware of any plugins that alter the dashboard.

          There is a non-free third party Report plugin (I use it on several sites) from software-mods.
