Have a problem with Excessive login attempts (%s)
If i solve this problem, then i get a new one with attachments.

The affected file but not very Important for problemsolving is
Path: C:\inetpub\wwwroot\osTicket\include\i18n\de.phar
'Excessive login attempts (%s)' => 'ÃƒÅ“bermÃƒÂ¤ÃƒÅ¸ige Anmeldeversuche (%s)',
'Excessive login attempts (user)' => 'ÃƒÅ“bermÃƒÂ¤ÃƒÅ¸ige Anmeldeversuche (%s)',
'Excessive login attempts by a user.' => 'ÃƒÅ“bermÃƒÂ¤ÃƒÅ¸ige Anmeldeversuche von einem Benutzer.',
'Excessive login attempts by an agent?' => 'ÃƒÅ“bermÃƒÂ¤ÃƒÅ¸ige Anmeldeversuche durch einen Agenten?',

The second affected and important file is
Path: C:\inetpub\wwwroot\osTicket\include\class.auth.php

to solve my Problem I changed the line 1066
from:
$ost->logError(S('Excessive login attempts (user)'), $alert, $admin_alert);
to
$ost->logWarning(sprintf(S('Excessive login attempts (%s)'),$username), $alert, $admin_alert);

That worked fine on the first run.
I got finally the right log entries and also the E-Mail Subjectline
showed the right Name instead of (%s).

But somehow all attachments hash values also changed and all contained Tables werent readable.
So i had to rollback with my solution.

Is there any workaround to get the right logentries
and also the username instead of (user) or (%s) in german translation,
or is there something i have to do,
maybe some additional changes?

Maybe it is a wanted behavior/feature that i dont understand yet?

My running Versions at the moment are:
OsTicketversion: v1.15.4
PHPversion: 7.3.25
MySqlversion: v.8.0.27
