I have osTicket v1.12 installed as our company help desk system. When users create accounts to access their tickets, I can not find a way to add to the user 'ticket' dashboard and/or the 'ticket' details.

I'm trying to add the 'assigned agent' to the user portal view.


Any help would be appreciated.

    First, nice profile picture! Secondly, you cannot customize the columns on the Client Portal, only in the Agent Panel. If you want to add additional columns on the Client Portal then you will need to customize the code.

    Just curious, do happen to know if this is a limitation of the 1.12 version and/or does the 1.15 & 1.16 version have this functionality?

      You'd be happy to know that osTicket was born in and is still developed in LA.

      All osTicket versions past and present do not have this functionality. We are hoping to release this as part of v2.0 (full codebase rewrite).
