can anyone tell me if they are experiencing the same thing. once installed and captcha is enabled, once you open the page and if you refresh the page for creating a new ticket, the captcha doesn't want to show.

sorry i was out of this forum for a while

in the attachment settings

for the attachment folder path u put it like ../scp/upload or whatever folder u want.

make sure the folder is writable.

I have managed to get this working on the windows 2003 server. I should have read instructions more closley. I had to run cron job and that was it.

i would like to have my attachments working however that not the case.

the only path it accepts is ../dir_name/

and when i try to create a ticket the ticket gets created but no attached file.

the app install fine, but seems to have errors in the app. i need to be change all the code, form <?= to <?php echo , is this normal or can someone give me some advice.
