apologies for the delay.
I re-downloaded ostickets from the mirror site.
I then deleted my database which I was using.
Re-created the database (using phpmyadmin)
Carried out the setup and bingo, emails were working.
Not sure what was different??
Maybe had a corrupt file or two, not sure.
But it's working now, so it's sending an email to the administrator and one to the user.
