Hi,When typing in a user name in the field when creating a new ticket, nothing is coming up. It should search in ldap. Checked my error.log and getting this after trying to login with a ldap account: PHP Fatal error: Access level to Net_LDAP2_RootDSE:() must be public (as in class PEAR) in phar:///var/www/NordicIntranet/helpdesk/include/plugins/auth-ldap.phar/include/Net/LDAP2/RootDSE.php on line 0, referer: http://nordic/helpdesk/login.phpAnything I can do to solve this?Maybe Mayo have the same.

Ok, was thinking of reinstalling the plugin... but I guess I will have to wait for the dev to fix this.
Looks like I get HTTP error 500 (in Chrome, Firefox shows blank page) when I try to save anything regarding the plugin, LDAP Authentication and Lookup after I upgraded my installation.I can't login from the "client" side either, same 500 error.Any ideas on how to fix this?

Hehe yeah.I did actually found the issue why it occurs.Got a delivery failure email from the Lotus Domino server that osTicket can't import, so it sends the error email every 5 min...Manually deleting it solves it.Is there some way osTicket can ignore that email or something except manually delete it?
Yes, it was empty... osTicket are fetching the emails just normal.Actually this error has stopped now, really weird... cause I didn't do anything except than coming home from my 6 week vacation in Thailand :)

Got like 7600 logs due to this error: Error occurred while processing mail for 172.18.1.3/NHelpDesk. Check your inbox manually.How can I delete all the logs at once?And does someone know why I get this error? It seem to get the emails just fine from the mail box
