Got like 7600 logs due to this error: Error occurred while processing mail for 172.18.1.3/NHelpDesk. Check your inbox manually. How can I delete all the logs at once? And does someone know why I get this error? It seem to get the emails just fine from the mail box

The best that you can do via the UI is a page at a time. You could always run the following mysql query which will drop all the data from the log, and restart the auto increment at 1.TRUNCATE ost_syslog;If you used a custom prefix change ost_ to your prefix.

Thanks a lot.Any idea of why I got that error?

The error says: There was an error in processing the email.Likely there was an email with corrupted/incomplete headers or something.Did you log in manually like it suggested?

Yes, it was empty... osTicket are fetching the emails just normal.Actually this error has stopped now, really weird... cause I didn't do anything except than coming home from my 6 week vacation in Thailand :)

Apparently your installation was jealous about you being in Thailand.  Can't say I blame it. (hehehehe)

Hehe yeah.I did actually found the issue why it occurs.Got a delivery failure email from the Lotus Domino server that osTicket can't import, so it sends the error email every 5 min...Manually deleting it solves it.Is there some way osTicket can ignore that email or something except manually delete it?

You could try making a ticket filter to delete emails from that address (or is there is something specific in the subject) but I don't know if that would drop the email ... since I'm not sure where in the process it's failing.
