Hello everyone,

I was hoping to get some help from the fine members of this forum. I have been checking the forum topics for a while now and always found it a good resource for self help. I am now facing an issue with the newest version of osticket. I started using osticket with version 1.14.2 and yesterday I upgraded to version 1.14.3. The upgrade was performed overwritting all existing files and no upgrade script was present. I supposed this is because there were no database changes going from 1.14.2 to 1.14.3.

UPDATE: I have reproduced this on a fresh installation of osticket without any plugins or mods and the problem continues, so this looks more like a bug now.

I have noticed that I cannot link tickets after upgrading to 1.14.3. I get the following error when I click on "Add a Ticket". The error I get on Firefox (latest version on Windows 10) is below:

Uncaught TypeError: ticket_id is undefined
    onclick https://mydomain.com/scp/tickets.php?id=932:25
tickets.php:25:17

The error I get on Chrome (latest version on Windows 10) is below:

tickets.php?id=935:25 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'toString' of undefined
    at HTMLButtonElement.onclick (tickets.php?id=935:25)
onclick @ tickets.php?id=935:25

I am using the following plugins:

Help Desk Audit 	0.1 	Enabled 	8/13/20 19:40
Attachments on the filesystem 	0.3 	Enabled 	8/14/20 19:07
Attachment Inline Plugin 	1.11 	Enabled 	8/22/20 19:24

I have tried with Attachment Inline Plugin disabled and the problem continues. I also tried disabling the Spanish language pack and the problem continues.

My system specs are below. This server is running on Centos 8.

There are no relevant errors in the php or apache logs.
