I just upgraded our support system to v1.14.3. Running on iis Win server 2012 R2. PHP 7.3.4.
I see that there are some TLS SSL issues/changes in PHP 5.6 and above. Previously osTicket runned on PHP 5.3 without problem.
Does it exist a fix for this that is understandable to implement? I get this error in the email settings page: TLS/SSL failure for Outlook.office365.com. I have verified correct account settings. Ports is open on our webserver and firewall. Tried both pop, pop + ssl, imap and imap + ssl.
I have tested with my private account and Pop + ssl and that works perfect. So it seems to be some kind of issue with Office365. Adding the account on both mobile phone client and outlook client works perfect as well. I can log into owa with same credidentials as set in osTicket.
Office365 does per Oct 2018 no longer support TLS 1.0. Might this be the issue? But I guess other are running Office365 as well, so it shouldn't be the case....
