After upgrading to the latest version, I'm not able to create new tickets from the agent portal. After filling up the ticket fields, i get a http500 error when I click on the Open button. However, I can log tickets from the client portal without any issues.
I don't see any errors on the OSticket logs, as well as web server logs but I don't see any events there. Any ideas?
