Hi,
we got the following SMTP error while OS Ticket is sending notification mails for ticket updates.
The first error ist the SMTP Error and the second a php error.
Unable to email via SMTP:mailserver:587 [email@host] Failed to set sender: email@host [SMTP: Invalid response code received from server (code: 421, response: 4.4.2 Message submission rate for this client has exceeded the configured limit)]
Unable to email via php mail function:"username" mail() returned failure
The Error occurs most the time if a notification should be sent to more than one agent. I know the problem is the maximum rate limit for exchange, but we used a hosted exchange, so I think we have no option to change this parameter. Is there any chance to use a workaround? Maybe php or osticket settings?
