When creating multiple new tickets in a row, Redactor is keeping the text that was typed into the previous ticket.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

I should clarify by saying, when an Agent creates multiple tickets in a row.

I've never noticed this,, but then I don't think that I open multiple tickets in a row for people in quite a while.

It's most likely because a draft is saved for the new message and when you click create new ticket again it loads the draft. You can simply delete the draft and it should go away. We will add this to our bug sheet to look into at a later date.

Can confirm this only seems to happen if you wait long enough for redactor to say "all changes saved".
