  • but i have to change them by hand... there is no way to run them on site ...  ?

  • Just tried to make an upgrade from clean 1.9.15 to 1.10 and all went well .. Could it be my data ? on 1.9.15 works well ... Is there a way to run upgrade scripts again ? ( inside osticket ?) Or to manualy upgrade database to 1.10 ? at least i would know on what table is the problem ...

  • I think it might be something related with my statuses ... Maybe an sql query not run ?

  • Ok, just replicated osticket on another server an tried to upgrade to 1.10.Got something went wrong after #smille 6php error log ( shortened a bit and server info removed) : PHP Fatal error:  Call to a member function getState() on a non-object in /var/sentora/hostdata/zadmin/public_html/mysite/tickets/include/class.ticket.php on line 544, referer: http://mysite/tickets/scp/upgrade.php PHP Fatal error:  Call to a member function getState() on a non-object in /var/sentora/hostdata/zadmin/public_html/mysite/tickets/include/class.ticket.php on line 544, referer: http://mysite/tickets/scp/index.php PHP Fatal error:  Call to a member function getState() on a non-object in /var/sentora/hostdata/zadmin/public_html/mysite/tickets/include/class.ticket.php on line 544, referer: http://mysite/tickets/scp/tickets.php?id=2049

  • i'm trying to replicate the issue by creating a duplicate of osticket on another server ( i was applying on a production server and needed to revert back to 1.9.15 so that workmates could work). As soon as i replicate on another server i will post my logs and results. Sorry for the delay... so much work, so little time ... ;)

  • while installing 1.10 i get a Something went wrong error, after that i can see all my tickets, open or closed but when i try to enter on any of them the screen only show the menu ... no ticket content. If i try to create a new ticket i get a 500 error.Any clue ?

  • Don't know if it's already doing this but need to have this option :Is there a way to assign a user ( not a agent) as an organization manager in a way that it would allow him to view all the tickets made by the organization users on the client portal ?This is already been done by allowing mails to be sent also to the primary contacts, but it only send e-mails. If a user/manager go to the client portal and tries to check all the tickets made by the organization he cannot do it.

  • Still haven't figure how it happens but the problem is this :

I'm using osticket, osticky for joomla and fabrik for joomla.

If a joomla user creates a ticket in osticky for some reason, in mysql, the ticket_cdata table disappear and broke my site ( i have some tables linking osticket to fabrik). I have to wait for some time so that the ticket_cdata reappears again and site starts functioning.

    Any thought ?

  • Maybe using DreamFactory and REST ?

  • I've already tested 1.10 and i'm aware of that ( didn't notice that customer posts were available). But i had the impression that the original post ( customer initial ticket) isn' t editable. Will it be this way ?

  • Agreed. This is one of the minor flaws on Ostickets and it is the reporting abilities...

  • The same way that now is possible to edit agents posts ( on 1.10 ) , there could be an option to enable admins ( or specific agents ) to edit customer posts ( there may be a need to edit bad words or similar things) without the need to edit database tables.

  • It could be an option to create a form that would only be available after ticket close , and if possible , as a pop-up. On many situations there is a need to add time spent information and other options ( like customer satisfation rating). The options to this form should need to have the option to choose if is to show to customer or to agent or to both.
