With ODATA becoming more and more popular and quite frankly amazing with Microsoft's Power BI tool, is there a way to setup OSTicket to allow for ODATA Connections?

Q: Is it something expected in future releases?A: I'm not aware of any discussion regarding this, but I also live about 1200 miles away from the devs, so.. Q: Do you know if some of the 3rd party products can tie into the PHP/MySQL configuration to create the ODATA Connection?A: It's PHP... any application that can read the config file could pull data from the database. You would just have to write the queries.Q: Maybe using DreamFactory and REST ?A: I have never heard of "DreamFactory". There are plans to rework the API and my understanding is that its intended to be a full (RESTful) API. What that will look like in reality I have no idea as work on rewriting the API hasn't started to my knowledge.
