Don't know if it's already doing this but need to have this option :Is there a way to assign a user ( not a agent) as an organization manager in a way that it would allow him to view all the tickets made by the organization users on the client portal ?This is already been done by allowing mails to be sent also to the primary contacts, but it only send e-mails. If a user/manager go to the client portal and tries to check all the tickets made by the organization he cannot do it.
