while installing 1.10 i get a Something went wrong error, after that i can see all my tickets, open or closed but when i try to enter on any of them the screen only show the menu ... no ticket content.If i try to create a new ticket i get a 500 error.Any clue ?

i'm trying to replicate the issue by creating a duplicate of osticket on another server ( i was applying on a production server and needed to revert back to 1.9.15 so that workmates could work). As soon as i replicate on another server i will post my logs and results. Sorry for the delay... so much work, so little time ... ;)

Just tried to make an upgrade from clean 1.9.15 to 1.10 and all went well .. Could it be my data ? on 1.9.15 works well ... Is there a way to run upgrade scripts again ? ( inside osticket ?) Or to manualy upgrade database to 1.10 ? at least i would know on what table is the problem ...
Why do you think that it's "related with my statuses"?You can't run the upgrade scripts again automatically.But you can go to \include\upgrader\streams\core and see all the upgrade scripts.You can then look at them and narrow down which one is which and re-run them manually.
but i have to change them by hand... there is no way to run them on site ... ?
change what by hand?They are SQL scripts. You would run the SQL script using your SQL command line, or copy and past the script into Workbench SQL editor and run it.
