    Osticket Versión: v1.14.1 (f1e9e88)

    I created custom forms, but i can add the type from Form Fields "Thread Entry" (or similar) to custom forms. The type "long answer" it's very different and limited.

    It's possible add the type "Thread Entry" from Form Fields?

    Put the picture to ilustrated what look for..

      • I try to change de PHP versión. I don't knok osticket don't support php 7.4.

        I have the same issue, but in other everimonet

        When a i go to "control panel" -- "Audit logs" i recibe a error 500.

        CentOS Linux release 8.1.1911 (Core)
        PHP 7.4.4
        mysql Ver 15.1 Distrib 10.3.17-MariaDB
        Apache/2.4.37 (centos)

        Log apache:

        "GET /scp/audits.php HTTP/1.1" 500 - "-" "Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/80.0.3987.149 Safari/537.36"

        I look for the Richard-Treanor recomendation, i found a "///" and change. But the error persist.

        ¿something to check?
