Custom Forms - Add "Thread Entry"

Hello.

Osticket Versión: v1.14.1 (f1e9e88)

I created custom forms, but i can add the type from Form Fields "Thread Entry" (or similar) to custom forms. The type "long answer" it's very different and limited.

It's possible add the type "Thread Entry" from Form Fields?

Put the picture to ilustrated what look for..

The ticket thread is updated via the Ticket Details form.

Admin panel -> Manage -> Forms -> Ticket Details

I am not aware of a way to have another form do such.

hi Gastondc,
Theres no possible way to create another new form by enabling another variable "Description" including type thread Entry.
But you can reuse the variable form bult in form to another form under helptopic form.
