Thank you Kevin.

I'm more concerned about attachments not being send out rather than images in the text.
Here the config:

Tried with 2 different SMTP server, basic auth, infomaniak.com and hostpoint.ch.

Small images in the text, jpg or png, 8/10kb.

Of course the flag in the mail settings is ticked on sent out attachments with post reply.

It was previously working with osticket 1.14, upgraded and no more working.

Thanks

Maurizio

I'm experiencing the same problem. In a ticket reply I've added inline images by using the image button as well as copy-and-paste the image. I've tested with both PNG (8.56KB) and JPG (9.99KB). Attachments, XLSX (107KB), are also not being delivered. The same with DOCX files.
I'm using the latest version of Microsoft Edge on Windows 11 and Outlook 365 as my email client.
Email SMTP is using Microsoft 365 with Basic Authentication.

I'm having the same problem when I send something as an attachment it doesn't reach the user

I have looked at this thread too, I don't see any solution in that thread.

We are also having the same issue with RC3, and attachments not being sent through.

Any luck with reproducing this issue guys?

Not yet, but I noticed that sometimes the headers are broken or duplicated, I guess it is all related, same issue. There are multiple thread on these topics.

Has anyone been able to get this working? we upgraded from 1.10 to 1.7rc3 a few days ago. It was working ok on 1.10 and now not working with 1.17. we tried SMTP and no luck so far.

Stable v1.17 has been released today as well as the latest build of the OAuth2 plugin. I’m sure you’ll definitely have better luck with these updates.

      Cheers.

Thanks, attachments are now working, however it looks like the issue with duplicated header is still there. I'm opening a new 3d on this topic.
