I've seen this posted before but haven't seen a solution. I've got a feeling this only happens when you upgrade when using a language pack (haven't tried to test this so don't pin me on this) seeing most of the people who report this problem use a language pack.

So we upgraded from 1.10.1 to 1.11. After the upgrade to "From column" is empty. This is partially resolvable by going to admin > Settings > tickets > Queues > "open queue" > Columns and change to following:

This will help for the most part but if you want to do a search on a ticket the "from" column will still be empty as below:

Also there's a problem what I think has to do with this. If we make an export from lets say queue_id '1' - Open Tickets the from values will also be empty.

So if I look up the from value in ost_queue_export i see the following:

When I change the value "username" to "usercdata__name" from value in the export will be filled (*this does not work for the "from email" heading..)

I can't find any error in my php log that is relateable to this issue. Does anyone have found a solution to get the from field fixed?
