Hi,
our users would like to see status column in their tickets list view. Is there a way to add it as we can do from staff side, modifying queues or should I have to customize the code?

... sorry, just saw that status column is already visible. So my question becomes more generic. Is there a way to add some columns to that users view?

You would have to edit the core source files of the project to achieve that.
