I am getting constant DB Error 1054 issues. I have searched the forums, tried the various fixes including dropping the ticket CDATA table. Nothing seems to work and its stopping us from being able to search users. This is a new install but I just spent all day configuring everything and doing tests to get templates and settings just right. I do not want to have to start completely over.
