In setting up the Helpdesk under Admin Panel, Manage, Help Topics, I was able to Add several Help Topics that do display in the list of Help Topics (Admin Panel). However I have added another Help Topic (ICT - Printers - pin code) and this topic does not display under the list of Help Topics (Admin Panel).
The help topic does appear in the drop down list when you want to log a new ticket.
The problem with this is that you cannot find the topic under Admin Panel, Manage, Help Topics when you either need to edit the Help Topic or remove it.
