Hi there! What's the best way to configure a new email without creating a ticket for each existing email in that email account?

I created a new email and enabled Remote Mailbox Email Fetching and then I started seeing a new ticket for each existing email in the sales email account.

What's the best way to create a new email so that it only creates a new ticket for new emails starting today?

    Either clear out the INBOX or configure a Fetch Folder to fetch from and put all new emails in that folder.

    It’s common sense. If you are fetching from the inbox it’s going to fetch everything there.
