I can't login to my email server via pop3, pop3s, imap, or imaps. I can connect to it from any email client I try except osticket. osTicket also doesn't work with Gmail pop3s either.

I have seen other people complaining about the same thing. Is this a bug?

This is the output of my (citadel/ux) email server when I try to get osticket to connect to it via imaps (note: its the same error no matter the protocol)
