All attachments settings steps have try,but no working

Hi ,

I have try many step to setting attachments ,but not working ........

path :

/hermes/bosweb/web201/b2012/ipg.joeemallcom/twei/Osticket-TIC/upload

And i have try make php script upload to "twei" folder ,the path have show correct.

But if move the php script file to "upload" folder try to find path ,have showed error follows:

The folder also have set to 777 ,may i what's wrong i'm setting ? php setting not correct?:

You mentioned that the directory is 777 but is the file you are trying to run world readable? Also, the error mentions checking the error log, was there anything useful in there?
