mask link as text

Hello,

I'm using osTicket v1.6.

I would like to change the links being sent in an email to show text. so in place of:

A request for support has been created and assigned ticket #%ticket. A representative will follow-up with you as soon as possible.

You can view this ticket's progress online here: %url/view.php?e=%email&t=%ticket.

i would like "ticket #" to mask the link, and remove the second line.

Hi jsteen,

I tried putting the line you wrote in the email template,

but when i save the changes the url tag disappears, all is left is the #%ticket

and it's not a link, just plain text.

Am i missing something?
