Long time to send customer ticket

Hello,

I've installed a WAMP server 2.0 on W2008

The time to send a customer ticket is very long (11 s)

The rest is normal (database acces, network...)

With Firebug I can notice, long time is on a "waiting" moment

Is there something to set in order to increase the "thankyouinc.php" print ?

In fact I've located my problem :

The time to send email (function send())

So is it possible to add a waitind message, or to run send mail in background ...
