This mod - which adds buttons to navigate to the previous and next tickets (with the same status and belonging to the department of the logged in staff member) next to the ticket number on the "Ticket View" page - has been tested and works with v1.7.0. Note that the following patches should be applied at the TLD of your osTicket installation (using patch -p0 < ). Several files are affected:
