Send reply to additional(CC) email address

I used this feature on osTicket 1.6, it's a very nice MOD! but in the 1.7-RC4, I can not use this feature, can someone help this?

with 1.7 RC4 just being released and 1.7 ST not being released yet you will only be having a few early adopters who are willing to jump ship. For example I am just testing 1.7rc4 but 1.7 will not be moved to my prod environment until it becomes a stable release.

I suspect that at that time you will find more code and better responses to questions.
