I have a client that has several different types of service requests, a general one and and user installs, etc. For a general service the form as it sits is fine, but new install for example needs about 15 specific fields that need to be filled out. Left to a single area to put all the information has proven not adequate as there is never the correct information. So allowing the client to choose a form would be best in my case.
If there is a possible solution to my need please let me know.
