I am sure this has been done before. I tried to go through the forum to find it but ones i found were of older version of osticket.
I am using 1.7.0 latest, installed 3 days ago.
I need to make a change where all the open tickets stay in open and dont get moved to answered even if they are answered.
So basically, tickets are open until closed. Mainly because we use this system internally in a small team and the replies are just for documentation purposes and not particularly contacting customers.
Please tell me which files need to be changed and what lines with what code.
That would be great help.
