I tried to make these edits, however, my class.ticket.php file did not have the same content, so I was not really sure where to put the code. I did try putting the code in class.ticket.php file but the next time I tried to use OsTicket the application was not responding (clearly I did not enter the code in the right place). any help is greatly appreciated.
If you see that Mod, it was basically created for v1.6, you will have to make some changes to make it work in v1.7. Me personally I don't use this as a customer can always go back to the helpdesk system and view the entire history of his issue (Apart from internal notes)
