budgets and needs.

The first option is a one-time fee of $, which allows you to download the bootstrap responsive theme for osTicket.

for the theme (community forum and submitting tickets)

2. Reporting

bugs for theme and once fixes are made you will get an automatic email to

download the latest fixes

The next option is paying a one-time fee of $, which allows you to download bootstrap responsive theme for osTicket latest stable release such as 1.8.x.x or 1.9.x.x etc...

This option Includes:

1. Support

for the theme (community forum and submitting tickets)

2. Reporting

bugs for the theme and once fixes are made you will get an automatic email to

download the latest fixes

3. You will get the newest version within two (2) to three (3) weeks after the latest stable release for osTicket is out.

• You can

also submit a ticket for quotes on custom jobs including but not limited to

themes and Plugins. Please note that custom jobs MAY ONLY work for the versions,

which you choose it to be develop on and if you choose us to update it to the

newest version, additional payment will be required.

• We may develop the back-end (Staff and admin) bootstrap responsive theme for osTicket with support depending on the sales of the client-side (front-end) and the demands for the back-end.
