Hey great work on this guys, we've just started using this and we're finding it very useful so far.That said, after reporting (seriously, we need this), we do have one small request: could you adjust the webpages to display nicely on mobile devices? It would certainly be nice if our more mobile userbase could lookup their ticket status (and open new tickets) from their mobile devices without the endless horizontal scrolling.I'm pretty sure Bootstrap, the Javascript library created by Twitter, was created with this exact problem in mind. Not sure how easily it could be implemented though, or even if that library is right for the project; I just thought I'd point it out as a potentially useful technology.Once again, great work guys.
