Hi there,
Is the email the only way to add a collaborator when opening a ticket? We're looking for options to do it through the client portal.
Thanks,

Hi,
Thank you. It works. You may close the thread.
Cheers.Hi,
Basically, when someone asks for acces to a server for example - we add the Team Lead for approval.
The Team lead gets a mail with the info but he can't see the full conversation - for that he has to log in to the ticket system.
In the previous version, the collaborators (team leads) received the full information about the request through an e-mail.Hello,
After upgrading to the latest version of osTicket the added collaborators are not getting the full communication through e-mail. They're just getting the info that they're added for. Is there some setting or something because i can't find one for that.
Thanks for your time.Hello,
Thanks for the support. I've rebuilt the attachments folder and the rights to it and for two days now we don't have any problems. Everything is working fine. You may close the thread.Hi, I'm storing them on the filesystem. The apache has full access to the directory and I'm running the Storage :: Attachments on the Filesystem plugin.
Hi,
According to the guides with little configuration I managed to finish with the migration to another machine and everything works fine except some of the attachments from the old system and it breaks the company logos in the signature when someone is firing a ticket. Do you have any suggestions on that?
Thanks,Hi there,
I'm planning to migrate from v1.11 to 1.16 and I have few questions about it. Currently I'm on MySQL 5.5.68 and PHP 5.4.16. The OS is CentOS. I have new VM with Ubuntu server with PHP 8.0 and MySQL, and last version of osTicket. My question is how to save/move/migrate the tickets and the settings from the old one to the new?
Thanks in advance.
