After upgrading to the latest version of osTicket the added collaborators are not getting the full communication through e-mail. They're just getting the info that they're added for. Is there some setting or something because i can't find one for that.

    Just edit the email template and add the full thread variable %{ticket.thread.complete}

Huh? Please provide more information and a screenshot of your Admin Panel > Dashboard > Information tab.

Hi,

Basically, when someone asks for acces to a server for example - we add the Team Lead for approval.
The Team lead gets a mail with the info but he can't see the full conversation - for that he has to log in to the ticket system.
In the previous version, the collaborators (team leads) received the full information about the request through an e-mail.
