osTicket (v1.10.1) ; Apache/2.4.6 (CentOS) OpenSSL/1.0.2k-fips PHP/7.2.5 ; Mysql 5.5.60
After some changes on the configuration from scp login, the graph no longer shows the tickets and i don't know the reason. i tried to insert new ones, to transfer them but nothing. what must be checked and verified?
In particular it indicates NaN on the Y-axis, while on X- axis it shows the dates not in the system default format.
not even by entering: "default local settings" on "Date and Time Format" under system page
Thank you
NaN on Y-Axes
it seems the issue is for timezone settings, https://forum.osticket.com/d/97914-dashboard-graph-not-showing-data
I did set php and linuz timezone properly but still in osticket shows like mariadb timezone is taking America/Newyork when system time zone is America/Tegucigalpa.
I give you more details.I don't' know how to preceed. Thank you very much
also this
I started from the fact that the timezone was not correct in mariadb
I follow this link https://linuxhint.com/mysql_mariadb_time_zones/#::text=Setting%20Default%2FGlobal%20Time%20Zone%20in%20MySQL%2FMariaDB%3A&text=SELECT%20%40%40time_zone%3B,%3E%20SELECT%20name%20FROM%20mysql.
but I stopped here. Why isn't it changed??
I created a ticket and with my surprise the chart is back now. Remains the problem of "response times", which it's always to zero.
