To provide you with the right information for the right solution, I downloaded the latest installation files again this morning from the website: https://osticket.com/download/
I have uploaded the new upload files, created a new database and completed a new installation.
without creating a new user or organization I tried to make an export of the standard ticket of the co-installed osTicket Support user in the user directory. it fails.
I get the white bar as you can see in the picture below.
the export problem only occurs in the user directory because I do make an export from the ticket directory.
So...
it could be a bug but then there should be more complaints from others.
I can ask my provider to put a newer PHP version on the server for me. To rule this out. Which version can you recommend to me?
