Hi,
i have a fresh installation of osticket 1.14.1 on Ubuntu 18.04, using php7.2.

When I try to export an organisations tickets I only get white bar in the browser:

I do have an error in the apache log:

    Do you also have this problem when exporting tickets from the user overview?

    and / or have you already found a solution?

    A white bar usually indicates that your webserver is not honoring or processing AJAX requests.
    Do you also get them when you do things like click on the ? help buttons in the admin panel?

      I don't get the white bar when click on the ? help buttons in the admin panel. I get the help information as usual.

      The problem:
      As far as I can see I can't make an export from the user directory -> user Tab -> tickets overview and organization tab ->tickets overview. When clicking on the export link below I get the white bar. Pictures below.


      Making an export form the users overview in the user directory or an export of tickets from the ticket overview in the ticket directory works fine, as you can see below.

      I have more than one ostTicket installations on the same server with all the same problem.

      My system information:

      Were all ths instances installed from the same code base? (ie did you copy one to the other, etc)
      I was going to suggest trying to re-upload the files from the distribution archive.
      I was also thinking that maybe it's some weird bug with the version of PHP that you are running.

      To provide you with the right information for the right solution, I downloaded the latest installation files again this morning from the website: https://osticket.com/download/
      I have uploaded the new upload files, created a new database and completed a new installation.

      without creating a new user or organization I tried to make an export of the standard ticket of the co-installed osTicket Support user in the user directory. it fails.
      I get the white bar as you can see in the picture below.

      the export problem only occurs in the user directory because I do make an export from the ticket directory.

      So...
      it could be a bug but then there should be more complaints from others.

      I can ask my provider to put a newer PHP version on the server for me. To rule this out. Which version can you recommend to me?

      The devs (and I) recommend PHP 7.3 currently.

      @ntozier I will try to update PHP version and keep you updated, but all other exports just work. Has so much changed in terms of script for export since OST 1.11 ...?

      @ntozier I upgraded the PHP version on our server to 7.3.14.

      Unfortunately. This does not solve the problem with the white bar when trying to export user or organization tickets in user directory.

      New installation, updated php version.
      So what next to try or to look into.

      Please help.

      I was already following that tread. Tried the things that are mentioned in it, but nothing does solve the problem.

      I find it strange that the export problem only occures when making an export in the scp: 'user tab -> user directory ->user -> tickets tab -> export' and: 'user tab -> organizations -> organisation -> ticket tab -> export'

      All other exports and even the 'user tab -> user directory -> export' I can make an export without a problem.

      what are the differences?
      Please help.

      help me if u got solution for this

      when i click on export button to export tickets then it keeps on loading and after few seconds it shows plain white Strip ..
      does'not open any sheet to show exported tickets..
      Rest all Exports works fine without any single problem
