I’d check the permissions first to see if that’s the cause. If not then I’d write a php script to create a file in the temp dir and try to read it.

I'm sorry sir, but from what I understood. Did you mean I need to wait for you to check the permission or create a php script right? So when I need to get back to you? Or did I misunderstood what you meant? Can you explain a little bit more to make it clear? I'm sorry and I appreciate your help.

Thanks.

I understood sir. But may I know how to check the permission?

Thanks.

@Hana

Idk your setup so you’ll have to google how to check permissions for your specific server/OS.

Cheers.

    Hello sir,
I already check all the permission for class.export.php file, and the problem doesn't solve.
Is it the correct file to give permission or there is any other file?
How can I create a php script to solve this sir?

    Thanks.

I am not sure if you have done this already or not,but you could do full backup of database and osTickets files then download fresh copy of osTickets from osticket.com/download and install it then restore the data and see if your issues fixes

Same here with a fresh install of osticket 1.14.1 on Ubuntu 18.04, using php7.2.
I do have an error in the apache log though:

Thank you for sharing the solution of osticket I was also facing the same issue on my https colon slash slash citylocalpro dot com but now I will follow this guideline. thank

Putting your site in your response looks a lot like a spam post, especially since your site does not appear to be running osTicket. I have removed the link and made it human readable.

I have upgraded from v1.9 to v1.14 facing the same issue getting the white bar in export and advanced search also .evary file and folder have 0775 permission.

        PHP--- 7.2
        nginx/1.14.0
        v1.14
