Unable to export the tickets

Did you mean the one that you said about get professional support?
Sorry for asking but it'll be extra charge for that service right?
Is there any other ways to solve it?
Thanks.
I’d check the permissions first to see if that’s the cause. If not then I’d write a php script to create a file in the temp dir and try to read it.

I'm sorry sir, but from what I understood. Did you mean I need to wait for you to check the permission or create a php script right? So when I need to get back to you? Or did I misunderstood what you meant? Can you explain a little bit more to make it clear? I'm sorry and I appreciate your help.
Thanks.
Idk your setup so you’ll have to google how to check permissions for your specific server/OS.
Cheers.

Hello sir,
I already check all the permission for class.export.php file, and the problem doesn't solve.
Is it the correct file to give permission or there is any other file?
How can I create a php script to solve this sir?
Thanks.
Hana
Check this post for default permissions:
Set All osTicket Directories = 0755
Set All osTicket Files = 0644
Exceptions = osTicket API files = 0755

Hello,
I already set the default permissions but the problem doesn't solve too.
What else I can do?
Thanks.
Same here with a fresh install of osticket 1.14.1 on Ubuntu 18.04, using php7.2.
I do have an error in the apache log though:

Your issue is with Organization Export, not with Queue Export. Please open your own discussion.
Cheers.

It appears to me that, although he is trying to export Organizations, it is actually the same issue.
Note his screenshot here:
https://forum.osticket.com/d/96770-organization-ticket-export-not-working
The same issue affects Tickets, Users, and Organizations.
Interestingly, I just noticed that I can export Tasks and Agents without any trouble though.

Thank you for sharing the solution of osticket I was also facing the same issue on my https colon slash slash citylocalpro dot com but now I will follow this guideline. thank
Putting your site in your response looks a lot like a spam post, especially since your site does not appear to be running osTicket. I have removed the link and made it human readable.
