There are some visual glitches on the iphone.
In landscape the end columns are not falling into the responsive view, and the green background is overlapping
when clicking the menu to show the ticket menu it does not shows the queues correctly. We need to click again to show them (and ticket numbers missing)

It looks to me like you have to clear your cache in iOS / Safari. That should fix it.

stevland Stevland has worked hard to fix the problem - thanks. It was a combination of me using too many columns and a small css fix that he has patched. I believe the general release update will be available soon

I just wanted to say that we installed osTicket Awesome and are very happy with it. At any given time we have about 25 persnickety techs using our system. I braced myself for all out warfare but I have heard nothing but praises from every single one of them.

Yikes! The username and password fields are meant to be pre-filled in the demo. But I forgot to redo this when I upgraded the demo to v1.12.2.

Looking at all the positive comments so far, I am disappointed to find that my purchase has not yet been processed and three days later I am still awaiting an email to download the software. I've left messages on the OSTA website, and now contacted the parent company - does anyone have any direct emails I can use to get in touch and see why they've taken my money, but not provided the product?
This is a 3rd party mod that has nothing to do with the parent company nor core developers of osTicket. You will need to reach out to the mod creators/maintainers for further assistance.
Don't trust paid 3rd party mods. Heard more bad than good with such mods.
